4. Payment Terms

All fees and charges for services are outlined in the service agreement or invoice. Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. SEO Success reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are delayed or missed.

5. Performance and Results

While SEO Success applies proven strategies, we cannot guarantee specific rankings or results due to variables beyond our control, including search engine algorithm changes, market competition, and client actions. Our commitment is to deliver best-effort services and measurable progress.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, methodologies, and materials provided by SEO Success remain our intellectual property. Clients may use materials solely for the agreed purposes and may not redistribute or reproduce without permission.

7. Confidentiality

SEO Success and clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of all shared information, data, and materials, except when disclosure is required by law or mutual consent is provided.

8. Limitation of Liability

SEO Success shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due. SEO Success reserves the right to terminate services for violation of terms or non-payment.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
